This group assignment for the Project Management in Aviation unit involved analysing the methods used in aviation-related project management. The report was prepared by by visiting Wellcamp Airport in Queensland and having a meeting with the company responsible for building and operating the airport (Wagners). In the report, we highlight the successful strategies and roadblocks encountered while constructing the airport over the 14-month period. The Powerpoint document contains the presentation of our findings.
