As an HPAO Student Ambassador, I lead two office hours per week in which pre-health students attend for academic, clinical, service, and related advice. I help in facilitating pre-health professional workshops under the lead of a pre-health advisor. Serving as an Office Engagement Liaison in creating and hosting a healthcare workshop illustrating pre-health experiences. This artifact reveals my skills in professional interviewing etiquette. I compiled a list of questions to ask the Dean of Rutgers Dental School with the interest of my pre-dental audience in mind. The interview strengthened my time management skills and improvising skills when monitoring the question progress and audience participation in the chat. My overall role in this program has developed my mentoring services and ability to work in a team with other student ambassadors and HPAO staff.
