A sustainable feedback process revolving around the Trellis Review Panel to obtain actionable information based on Trellis' Training & Support and Marketing/Communications materials. I was in charge of designing the survey process, communicating with our clients, managing meetings, and analyzing data. I also helped build the survey templates and email templates.
