Top Gnomes - Resilient Los Angeles [Transit]

We used a linear regression to test our hypothesis that the data we collected from the Census data and Beacon Economics has predictive power over public transit usage.
Then we used the data to cluster Census Tracts in order to find where transit is most needed in the City of Los Angeles to achieve Resilience.
This project directly addresses goal 14: action 87 of Eric Garcetti's Resilient Los Angeles.
