The Fresh Connect: Volume II is an event of the theme about Hip-Hop in Columbia College Chicago, which was held by students from departments of Fine and Performing Arts, Business and Entrepreneurship, with the instruction from Professor Kari L. Sommers. This event not only held for celebrating the history, culture and talent of hip hop in the Chicago community, but also provides a platform for students to gain field experiences of planning and managing an event.

After went through the procedure of introducing the course, conceptualizing the events and meeting the clients, the project started with the brainstorm of creativity, each student talked about their ideas in about one minutes, and selected the feasible ones to make the plans. Students from different majors contribute their talents and gather them together, which enables the fancy nights came true!

All the students in the classes are divided into four teams: Producer, Production, Sponsorship and Marketing, and graduate students were the leaders of four teams.

I am a member of the Production Team, and carry out the Decoration work. The files I uploaded are the decoration plan and some picutures of the events.
