Temps Perdu is a game I helped to develop in my second year of college, which was coded in Javascript. I was the lead programmer for this project, and implemented features including the core movement and capture mechanic, the piece spawning mechanic, fine details within the gameplay, and portions of the UI. Loosely based on the mechanics of chess, the game offers a new perspective on the turn-based strategy and RTS genres, by using time as a resource to unify both genres into a unique multiplayer experience. The game took around 6 weeks to complete, and won best in class in UCSC's Sammy Game Awards 2013.
