Interning with the Madison Cares program with the Madison School District in Rexburg, Idaho I was able to be the pioneer for the video series titled the "Stories of Hope." Everyone has a story! Each story has a meaning and a purpose. Everyone is valued and I want to share others stories of their challenges that they face with mental health, physical health or life event challenges that we all face in one aspect or another. As we share their stories of hope I hope to stop the stigma of mental health, provide support, and create awareness. I don’t know about you but I learn from peoples experiences.

Lift, Inspire, and share your story of hope and how you overcome life's darkest days. Lets help each other and mitigate the stigma of reaching out for help and talking openly. Whether you're the one fighting it, a friend or an observer we need you. All of our stories are unique and you never know which experience can impact someone else's life for good. There's similarities between us all and HOPE is the common thread.

Join us by sharing your testimonial to have a possibility of being highlighted in one of our weekly written stories with your photo or come in person at the Madison Education Center and share your story with our video intern (Ruth). To be aired on our website and social media platforms for the series "Stories of Hope." Madison Cares-Madison Education Center 208-359-1256 goudyj@msd321.com
