Executive Summary, Powerpoint Presentation, and Research poster used in a Performance Improvement Project for the Postpartum Unit of St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton. The project sought to assist Postpartum nurses in promoting the health of newborns and achieving neonatal core measures by empowering nurses to follow evidence-based protocol on how to use the BiliSoft Phototherapy System. A presentation was presented during a Postpartum staff meeting, and the Research poster was provided to the unit as an educational tool.
