Project to develop method to perform single cell phylogenetic fate mapping of the brain. This involved creating a method to perform targeted next generation sequencing of microsatellite loci across the human genome. With the sequencing data, I then developed a bioinformatics pipeline to perform microsatellite calling and phylogenetic tree building.
