This project involves creating a simulation for a MOSFET. The objective is to generate graphs that would provide accurate data relating to I-V Characteristics. During this project, I was able to expand my knowledge of the uses and functions of different transistors. The design of this simulation would help display the use of MOSFETs as switches and amplifiers.
