The process was designed with the purpose to produce snake venom antidote derived from E.coli different from traditional methods. This process has never been attempted before; therefore, the project itself is a huge challenge with not background to follow, but the help of a Genentech employee, the project was able to meet the specifications from the client to sell each dose at $60 that will end up in a return of investment as specified in order to have investors to work in this humanitarian project.
In the following report design aspects of the process as process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams. Units were specified and sized for this process. Also, in this report environmental audits and floor plan layout can be found as well the economics to determine if the project is possible to be constructed under the budget.
Project ended been a total success that could be used for future work if companies as Genentech will like to invest on it in the future.
