This is a project for U100 at California State University, Northridge in conjunction with the kinesiology cohort. Because all of the students in the class are kinesiology majors, we wanted to do a video talking about the importance of physical activity. We interviewed athletes, Oasis center employees, students and professors to get a well-rounded view of the topic.
