For this project, I worked with a team of students to develop and implement a PR plan for the City of Anaheim's Commuter Rideshare Service. This assignment required that I combine my years of education to develop a proposal that would assist the client to achieve her goals. We utilized secondary and primary methods of research to decide on a course of action. There was also the extra challenge of promoting mass transit systems during the COVID-19 pandemic, where being in close proximity to others in enclosed spaces created a hazardous environment. We opted for almost exclusively digital means of spreading awareness to align with the organization's environmental position. At the end of the project we presented our proposal to the client over zoom.
