This is my final research proposal for the the Nutrition Research class.
Effect of Cooking Class on Knowledge of Obesity and Dietary Strategies to Manage Weight in African American Women, Ages 18-40, Residing in Food Deserts.

There was so much work put into this paper, and I learned so much in the process. Especially, the processes involved with developing a research proposals, reading and comprehending journal articles, the art of technical writing and last but not least, the importance of citing references accordingly. Attached are the methods, procedures, literature reviews and appendices that I were necessary to conduct my study.
