Revision: See last two screenshots- In order to change the order in which projects appear in your Portfolio view, click on the Portfolio section on the main landing page. Once there, in the upper right hand side above the projects, change the view from Grid to List view. This will list all of your projects in the order in which they are viewed. Simply select the project you want to re-arrange, and drag it into the spot you want it to appear in your portfolio. This will change the order in which your projects appear in your Portfolio view.

In order to change the order in which project appear in a particular section, first you need to click on the Me button in the upper right hand corner. Once you click on that button, a drop down menu will appear and click on View Profile. From here, navigate to the section you want to rearrange your projects in. In bottom right hand side of the section, click on the three horizontal dots. Once you have clicked on the dots, select the edit option. This will bring up a pop-up window on the left hand side of the screen. Next, click on the tab at the top of this menu titled Projects. Once you have done that, you will see a slider titled Arrange Order. Click on that button so that it turns blue. Once you have done that, you should be able to see a list of your projects below. On the right hand side of the projects, there will be numbers with a drop down menu. Select the order in which you want your projects to appear, with 1 being the first project. After you have selected the order for your projects, click on the Done button at the bottom.

I would explain to potential customers or students that the reason the profile is always in edit mode, is to allow the user complete control of what information they want to display. It allows them to make updates seamlessly and without any complications. I would also explain the reason you need to use incognito mode to view your profile as someone else, is because not everyone has a Portfolium account. So this way it ensures that you get the most accurate representation of how your profile will look to others.
