The document is a comprehensive public relations plan devised by my team. It begins with a situational analysis, outlining the current status of PRSSA at CSUF and identifying the problem statement, PR goals, objectives, primary public, and key message. Additionally, the plan includes crafted PSAs of varying lengths aimed at promoting the benefits of joining PRSSA and building a campus community among students. The media list identifies potential outlets for broadcasting the PSAs, targeting audiences within the CSUF student community and the broader Greater Los Angeles area. Finally, a cover/pitch letter is provided, addressing the potential broadcast of the PSAs to Titan Radio, emphasizing the relevance of the message to their student audience. My role with creating this paper was to create the media list and the cover pitch letter.
