This IHRP-CA certificate had certified me as a HR associate which I will be required to have as a HR professional in the future. I am glad that SUSS had briefed us on this certification and given us the opportunity to register for this course as a HR student.

This certificate requires us to go through several tests in order to be deemed as a certified HR professional. Prior to the test date, I had to study and read up on all the rules and regulations that a HR professional should know.
