Auto creation of a new Company Announcement (SharePoint list) when a new Company Event is created (SharePoint list).

1. When new item is created in SharePoint list NewCompanyEvents, a link to event (SharePoint item details) URL is created.
2. If SignUpForm (if Company Event will also have a sign up form) is not null, Yes/No condition:
A. If Yes, a new Company Announcement is created in NewKasaAnnouncements SharePoint list. This will also populate the LinkToEvent variable.
A1. The Company Event will be updated to include TXTSignUpFormLink that is then used in JavaScript to be displayed on company intranet web page.
B. If No, Company Announcement is created with LinkToEvent and Sign Up links are blank.

In a separate Power Automate flow:
1. When a new Company Announcement is created, two Yes/No conditions sends an email to either all employees (SendEmail), Engineering department (SendEngineeringEmail) or no email, based on the settings in the Company Announcements SharePoint list values (see image 2).
2. The first Yes/No condition also checks if SignUpForm is null.
A. If Yes, email sent with Sign Up Link.
B. If No, email sent without Sign Up Link.
3. This is repeated for a second Yes/No condition for Engineer email true/false and with/without Sign Up Link.
