For this upper division major course, working in a group of seven the group was tasked to create a policy memo that was centered on the COVID-19 pandemic and the health disparities that occurred among California residents. For this particular group the target audience for the policy memo was aim at California policy makers. The group focused on the increase infection rates among essential workers of color and provided solutions that the state of California could take to help addressed the disparities that were occurring to that particular group.
