I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Paesani Group, who focuses on simulating materials for environmental applications. The main molecules we were studying were metal-organic frameworks, or MOFs. I was particularly interested in their applications for fuel cell and hydrogen technologies.

Accomplishments include:
• Created new area of focus for metal-organic frameworks research by proposing fuel cells as application.
• Appraised by 50% of visiting prospective students for creating 3D visual show of group’s latest research.
• In 1 hour, analyzed 32 different fuel cell membrane conditions by writing shell scripts to create all graphs.
