Design and build an oscillating air engine that runs off of 15 psi and achieves one or more of the five goals. The goals are as follows: max speed (rpm), max torque, max coast time, max air efficiency, and cost efficiency (max rpm/$). The engine cannot exceed $33, and the design may not exceed 3 single acting cylinders or 2 dual acting cylinders.
