Determine the feasibility of an orbital debris clean up mission. Determine the Δv required to encounter four debris objects orbiting earth and deliver a new propulsion package to deorbit the debris. Of the four objects, two must be in LEO, one must be in MEO, and one must be in GEO. The GEO object must have less than 5° inclination, but not equal to 0°. The mission spacecraft must stay with each object for at least 5 periods to ensure propulsion package delivery.
