For this project in our Introduction to Psychology and Behavior in Organizations course (Fall 2019), our group chose to research and present work on the transfer of training.

"Groups will research and prepare a paper on an assigned book chapter/ subject. Your paper should be exactly 10 pages in length (double-spaced, Times New Roman 12, 1-inch margins); use at least seven primary sources; and include a cover page and reference page(s). Students are to present their research to the class in a formal 20-minute PowerPoint presentation on the final night of class. Clear communication is essential. All writing assignments should contain flawless grammar, spelling, organization and composition. A paper with perfect content but poor writing will be graded accordingly. For example, while there may be exceptionally thorough content, poor grammar and structure will affect the grade adversely (see grading rubric). Use the writing center, colleagues, and classmates to help edit your papers."
