The main objective of this research is to improve, optimize and create an image-processing model that can identify the presence of cirrocumulus clouds in images of the sky taken from the surface. We used NASA's GLOBE Clouds dataset, consisting of thousands of images taken by citizen scientists around the world. We trained the model using supervised learning on Google's Teachable Machine.
