The aim of this project was to computationally study the flow past two oscillating circular cylinder in cross-flow at low Reynold's number using ANSYS Fluent. This project also discusses the change in vortex pattern as a result of oscillation of the cylinders, contribution of such effects on lift and drag characteristics of the circular cylinder.
