MAVIS was designed from the beginning to help users run a meta-analysis as effortlessly as possible. The software accomplishes this by leveraging the R programming language for data analysis and the Shiny package from RStudio to power the user interface and server software. These two things combined give MAVIS a positive user experience with an easy to use interface along with the power of R to provide the best possible user experience.
