I was the Marketing Chair for the Cal Poly Accounting Club's largest career fair of the year: Fall Symposium! I was responsible for creating the graphics and marketing materials for this event to spark student interest and engagement. I designed flyers, Instagram graphics, email/Eventbrite headers, and stickers using the online software Canva. I also designed the venue map and legend which students used to navigate the event. I coordinated classroom visits with professors and managed a spreadsheet to ensure all time slots were filled. The event had 200+ students and 36 firms participating.
