According to the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP), one of the emerging topics in the field of I/O Psychology includes employee experience as the new way to drive culture change. Fortune 500 companies are investing in employee experience which is a new breed of organizational culture change that puts employee satisfaction, engagement, health, and well-being at the forefront (Liu, 2018). Similarly, the need for leadership development has never been more urgent (Narayandas & Casnocha, 2019). To enhance these rising demands of engagement and workplace health culture, the solution of implementing authentic leadership practices is the key (Wingard, 2019; Cashman, 2017; George; 2014).
