This project is a PowerPoint presentation that outlines how Lewin’s Change Model can be used to implement change within the ethics program at Toyota. The presentation has an associated essay, but the PowerPoint does a better job capturing the reader’s attention and the associated essay is in the speaker notes section of the presentation. This artifact correlates to the second learning objective of AMU's Master's management program, which is to “develop strategies for organizational challenges using management theories, principles, and practices.” This project was selected because it explains how to implement organizational change in a large international organization. The principles applied in this change model can be applied to any organization.
