In this project, My team [Alpha Consulting] consulted with UGA executives in the Procurement Department concerning the improvement of automatic lease payments. The end goal was to create a financial management system to automate and anticipate leasing payments. At the end of the project, we proposed findings to more than 5 top-level executives and officers, including the Vice President for Information Technology. The Powerpoint is attached in pptx form.
