This course was on leadership and how to be an effective leader.
This course provided me with great tools on how I can be an effective leader with doing mid year reviews, consulting with my team, understanding how to tolerate good faith mistakes, and celebrating team victories.
Challenges would be to understand good faith mistakes and that they might just be an error and how are we able to correct the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again.
This made me look at myself and see how I would like to be treated and moving forward make those adjustments to create a happy work environment.
