Hello and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Ashley Dailey, and I currently reside in Jacksonville, Florida. In August of 2023, I am set to receive my Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma from Jacksonville University. My nursing portfolio is a compilation of projects that are used to document my intellectual growth and achievements throughout the Jacksonville University First LPN program. The nursing program outcomes and objectives used as evidence throughout my portfolio includes critical thinking, sound decision making, compassionate and culturally appropriate patient-centered care in diverse settings, communication and collaboration, professional values and behaviors, promoting healthy lifestyles through health promotion and risk reduction, evidence-based knowledge and nursing theory in nursing practice, demonstrating leadership and collaboration qualities, ensuring patient safety and quality care, and engaging life-long learning and scholarly inquiry.
