For a Labview project in the experimental methods class, I created this Labview program that would read the input signal provided by a guitar and tell you the peak frequency value. Upon testing, I learned about overtones and harmonics as there was not just one dominant frequency. We also calculated that the accuracy of a clip on tuner is very good with little to no error.
