The project that my teammates and I tackled was creating a comprehensive situational analysis for Hershey's Chocolate. Our goal was to meticulously assess past, present, and future sales using data, and to showcase how Hershey's stands out from other chocolate brands. We were also determined to propose compelling strategies for driving future sales growth.
