The purpose of this group is to develop self-awareness and apply this knowledge to the experience of graduating and implementing a post-graduation plan in undergraduate seniors at a four-year institution. The group is NOT to tell students what to do after graduating but to help them find their own way and learn to express themselves within the world of work. The group is composed of activities, self-reflection, discussion, and self-assessments. This group is designed to be a spring-board for the expression of professional development of goals, values, strengths, relationships, and tools which may be most effective when coupled with individual career development sessions.
