We made hypotheses about microRNA-mRNA pair signatures that may further classify a breast cancer subtype via machine learning techniques, based on microRNA, mRNA quantification data and other clinical data of the patients. And we tried to find out the biological pathways those gene signatures are involved in by Gene Ontology.
