Designed and constructed a wind tunnel over two quarters as part of Cal Poly's Freshman Service Project.
The Freshman Service Project allows groups of freshman engineers to practice all aspects of the engineering design process with a budget of $100. Beginning in Fall quarter with multiple concepts, judging which is the best, constructing small scale models, and finally constructing a full-scale model.

The primary goal was to demonstrate fluid dynamics and why vehicles such as planes and cars are shaped smoothly to improve efficiency.

Key features include an integrated fog machine and an illuminated, windowed test area. These features allowed viewers to see airflow around different shaped objects.

Integrated a fog machine to show air flow over various shapes.
Showcased during Cal Poly's Engineering Day Outreach Program as well as part of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Display during Open House
