This project looks at how externalizing behaviors (aggression) mediate the relationship between internalizing behaviors (depression) and substance use. The goal was to understand a pathway for which at-risk individuals develop substance use problems.
This project helped me develop teamwork skills. In an online environment, it is especially difficult to communicate with others, but by participating in this project, I learned how to communicate effectively without meeting in person. This is a crucial skills that I will use later in life to collaborate with others and complete assignments.
