• Worked in a Team of 4, researched on state of the art of wrenches, designed wrench on CATIA
• Determined the effect of varying process parameters on the built part while fabricating in 3D printer.
• Applied Design for Additive Manufacturability principles to improve the assembly efficiency of the wrench.
• Used MATLAB extensively for data analysis, analyzed cooling rates, melt-pool geometry & optimization.
Carried post-processing by giving proper surface finish and also giving a proper finish to the threading part as they serve the primary function of the wrench
