Evidence of Leadership Standards through Classes
The following is a list of work sponsored classes completed in 2020-21 that relate back to OLI Standards. The classes focused on a wide range of content which allowed me to refine my skills to further develop myself, as well as peers and mentees at the organization. The content was facilitated by different practitioners with diverse backgrounds and experience. Each class provided an opportunity to learn something new; from facilitation styles, the importance of recharging ourselves, D&I values and CSR efforts, to mentorship and sponsorship, and the importance of brand and networking to delivering to grow careers and add value for our customers through innovation and solid performance at the bank.
