Through first and most basic pre-med course of BIOL 1500, one of the most challenging parts affiliated with this course is the formal lab write up. After much work, this lab report successfully describes the experiment conducted the ALP enzyme (alkaline phosphatase). ALP was tested with the variables of pH, temperature, and concentration to determine the changes in enzymatic activity.
