Throughout the semester long statistics course, we had the task of performing statistical analysis on different variables and their effect on the rate of robberies in Baltimore. I finally settled on the variable of socioeconomic status, and found further research on this relationship. My empirical paper includes proper statistical measures, graphs, and tables.
The efforts I made on my empirical research emphasizes my passion for statistics and working with numbers. My goal for my professional career is to get involved in criminal research and data organization. This paper gave me insight on certain parts of research I must perfect in order to construct an academically strong research project.
