Development and breadboard prototyping of device intended to detect, amplify, and measure muscular biopotentials from surface of the skin with surface electrodes. Once powered, this device can be attached to an oscilloscope to measure electrical activity from the muscles. Muscular biopotentials are in the mV range, so this device was designed to have a gain of 1000, allowing output to be in the 1-3V range. Current work includes interfacing to an Arduino for data acquisition purposes.
