This learning module addresses the topic of Walt Disney World Transfer Guidelines and the process for submitting a transfer through the internal Cast Member website, Transfer Genie. This learning module seeks to educate new Casting Coordinators on the overall process for transfers and how they can assist Cast Members with their questions regarding their transfers. The training also addresses the admin side of Transfer Genie and how this tool is used in our day to day operation.
