"The purpose of this group project is to apply knowledge and concepts learned in class in identifying diversity issues and challenges in the workplace. Each group will identify and choose an organization or business to analyze their diversity practices (or lack thereof). Each group will develop an organizational analysis of the selected company or organization’s diversity culture. One person in the group should have access to a company or business to facilitate the company access and research materials for the group project" (MGT467 Spring2019 Syllabus).
