The project required the design of a solar water heater for a single family house. As team leader, I split the 21-member team into 4 sub-groups: Research, Calculations, CAD, and Documents team. I selected materials, sized the pipes, the boilers, and the power requirements. CAD figures were drawn, research was extensively conducted, and the design successfully met 60% of the hot water needs of a single family home in Winter.
