For this essay, my partner, Mahina, and I were tasked with selecting a brand of our choice and conducting a comprehensive analysis of Delta Airlines. We began by examining the airline's four Ps of the marketing mix, followed by an evaluation of their digital marketing strategy, including loyalty programs and social media platforms. To conclude our analysis, we explored customer satisfaction, assessed how effectively Delta responds to feedback, and identified areas for improvement to regain lost customers. This assignment was both insightful and enjoyable, as it allowed us the freedom to choose a brand we personally connect with. We selected Delta Airlines because it is our preferred airline for travel.
