This color theory course taught the importance of color interaction in everyday settings and how color changes mood within art. We were asked to explore color through mixing our own mediums, studying famous works of art, and creating our own pieces to demonstrate knowledge of color interaction. I learned a lot about why artists choose certain color palettes and how I can incorporate my knowledge into my graphic design work. Color is very important in typography because of readability of text and color of logos, print articles, and all other types of design can change work dramatically.
