The Chally Assessment is an online test that measures a person's potential for success in various sales positions. The test is utilized by organizations worldwide to measure employees and their potential. With the hopes to pursue a career in sales, this test was a good evaluation of my strengths, weaknesses, and key motivational characteristics to keep in mind.

Top Strengths Identified in each of the 6 Sales Positions:
1. Account Manager: work the system for the customer, educate customers through structured training, promote customers by soliciting feedback, respond at any hour.
2. Indirect Sales: Respond at any hour, close through personal identification with the product/service, make joint calls, develop comprehensive product knowledge to be a credible resource.
3. Business Development: close through logical, incremental steps.
4. System Specialist: gain customer commitment, commit time and effort to increase professional development, educate customers through structured training.
5. Territory Consultive System Sales: maximize results by partnering as a customer advocate.
6. Territory Relationship Product Sales: close by building personal trust and loyalty, provide service by empathizing with customer concerns, make one-on-one sales presentations, account penetration by customer base expansion.

Attached are my assessment results for the Account Management sales position. I received a strong match in this position.
