This was a group project I participated in that worked to educate people on the often overlooked effect of food waste in restaurants. This presentation educated people on what food waste is, its prevalence in the United States, how to address the overall situation, and what it may look like in the future, especially with the global pandemic turning people towards more single-use items for sanitary purposes.
